Payments

When shopping at Dizzy Pink you can choose from a range of different payment options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB cards. We also accept cheques made out in GBP Sterling and drawn on a UK bank account. 

Paying Online by Credit or Debit Card
If you would like to pay by credit or debit card simply select the Credit or Debit Card payment option when completing the order form. Once you have filled out the order form you will be transferred to our secure server where you can then add your card details. This page will display a padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window and is completely safe and secure, so you can submit your details in complete confidence. At no stage of the purchasing process do we have access to your credit card details. These are exclusively handled and processed by Worldpay

Paying by Cheque or Postal Order
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN PLACING A 'CHEQUE / POSTAL' ORDER THE ITEMS ARE NOT SECURED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order simply select the 'Cheque / Postal Order' payment option when completing the order form. Once you have completed your order simply print it out and send it to us together with your cheque or postal order for the total amount payable. Be sure to write your email address clearly on the back of your cheque or postal order. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received cleared payment. Paying by cheque will delay the dispatch of your order somewhat while your cheque clears. Typically you can expect a delay of an additional 4-5 business days after we have received your cheque.

Our Fraud Prevention Policy
As a merchant we are at far greater risk of becoming the victim of credit card fraudsters than you are as a customer. Therefore we have put in place a fraud prevention policy to protect us from fraudulent transactions made using stolen card details. WorldPay carry out stringent security checks on all credit and debit card transactions on our behalf. We reserve the right to refuse an order that has been placed under what we deem to be suspicious circumstances or where the details given do not match the security details held by the card issuer for that card. If we are suspicious of a transaction we may contact you to confirm your details prior to accepting the order for dispatch. If we fail to satisfy any outstanding security issues we will cancel the order and refund the card in full.

How You Can Help Us
You can help us to prevent fraud by ensuring that when you place your order you give us the correct details. Checks will be made on your billing name and address and on the three-digit security code on the back of your card. Please ensure the name and address you give match the details held by your credit card issuer. By doing this you can help ensure that your order is processed by us quickly and efficiently, and without the need for further disruption.
