Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. A signature may be required upon receipt of the goods so please ensure someone is available to sign. Postal prices are based on the weight of the items order as laid down by Royal Mail pricing.
Availability and Dispatch
Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery. Some orders may take longer but you will be notified if unusual delays are anticipated. We make every effort to deliver goods within these estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable. Dizzy Pink is not liable for any failed deliveries. If you are unavailable to accept delivery Royal mail will hold your item for a limited period before returning it back to the sender. Dizzy Pink cannot be held responsible for additional postage costs and you will be requested to cover the cost of a second or subsequent delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Once dispatched, orders to most addresses within the UK will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Orders to some parts of Scotland may take slightly longer.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
