Faulty Items In the unlikely event of there being any defect in the items shipped, Dizzy Pink will offer a replacement, or full refund. Simply contact us at info@dizzypink.com stating your order number (printed on your invoice) and a brief description of the problem. Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. To qualify for a refund you MUST return the goods. For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.Exchanges / Refunds We can consider exchanges / refunds on undamaged items if they are not suitable for you. Firstly contact us to inform us why you would like to return an item, if you would like an exchange please tell us what item you would like as we will need to calculate a postal value to cover the additional postage cost of sending the exchanged item out to you. The items MUST be returned in an unworn / unused condition, with all tags still attached in its original packaging. We also ask that they are returned via a Record mail service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. With an exchange please remember to include payment for the additional postage costs on the new item you would like. Once we have received the return and checked it is unworn and undamaged we will process your refund.
